TOUR PRICES

     All tour prices are quoted in US Dollars.
     Quoted tour prices include:

1. Hotels

   Accommodation will be provided according to the class of the tour. The prices are based on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room. For those persons requiring single rooms, the single supplement cost is mentioned. Service charges and government taxes at hotels are included.
    

2. Meals

   Generally breakfast will be served in the staying hotels. Lunch and dinner will be given in local licensed good restaurants while simple meals or box lunches or dinners will be provided on various trekking or rivering cruise or adventure programmes as per itinerary.
    

3. Air transportation

   If domestic air transportation is included in the itinerary, economy class travel seats will be provided. Baggage allowances are as per airline regulations on international and domestic flights.
    

4. Ground transportation

   Rail, cruise or boat services and round trip transfers between airports/ rail terminals/piers and hotels by coach / mini­bus/limousine are included as per itinerary.
    

5. Sightseeing

   Tour by coach / mini- bus/limousine with accompanied English speaking guide service is included.
    

6. Entrance fee

   All entrance fees for museum, pagodas, temples and zone area are included, unless otherwise stated separately.

Tour Prices do not include:

Any extra transportation, which is not part of the itinerary, tips to drivers or guides, passport or visa fees, insurance charges, airport taxes, immigration and custom fees. Also not included is airport porterage (Unless otherwise stated) excess baggage charges, hotel porterage, additional meals, beverage, laundry, phone calls and other items of personal matters.
It is highly recommended that travel insurance be purchased covering trip cancellation, lost and damages of baggages and health care medical expenses.

Reservation, deposit and payments:

Any reservation for a quoted or requested tour program is not valid and will not be accepted confirm unless a deposit amount not less than 25% of the quoted tour price is received by cash or by bank transfer within two weeks of the reservation. The balance amount of tour fare is due for payment 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date in Myanmar.

Cancellation fee:

Any cancellation of the confirmed tour program is subject to 50% refund of the deposited money if cancellation is made before the 30 days of the scheduled date of arrival in Myanmar. If cancellation is made after that date, 100% of the deposited money will not be refunded. No refund will also be made in the event of interruption or termination by the customer once the tour has started.

Children Rate

1. 75% of the tour price will be charged to a child sharing room with two adults and using an extra bed.
2. 50% of the tour price will be charged to a child sharing room with two adults without using extra bed.
3. Infant (2 years and younger) not occupying a bed or seat in coach or aircraft will be charged 25% of tour price.
