Tours Co. acts only in the capacity as
an agent in making arrangements for
transportation, hotels and other
services and does not assume any
liability whatsoever for any injury,
damage, death, loss accident or delay
due to any act of default of any
carrier, hotel, restaurant, company or
person rendering any of the services
included in the tour or caused by the
strike, civil disturbances, hostilities
act of war or other force majeure.
Further, no
responsibility is accepted by the
company for any omission, delay,
rerouting additional expense or other
events resulting form improper health
certificates or documents or acts of any
government authority. The right is
reserved to decline and to accept any
person as a member of the tour or to
refuse and to retain any member of the
tour. The right is reserved to adjust
the itinerary or to substitute hotels.
Neither the airline nor public
transportation companies concerned and
this company are to be held responsible
for any act, omission or event during
the time the passenger is not aboard
their aircraft or conveyances. Passenger
contract, in use by the airline and
public carries, when issued, shall be
the sold contract between the carrier
and passenger. All rates are base on
tariffs and exchange rate in effect at
the time of printing and are subject to
adjustment without prior notification in
the event of changes therein.
